Is an amount charged to my credit card when I make a reservation?
No, however, we do request your credit card information to make a reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before your scheduled time with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, or failure to show up, will result in a 40% cancellation fee.
Can I participate with a young child or a baby?
Children aged 9 and under can enter for free. However, the games are not designed for very young children, and some rooms may include sound or visual effects that could startle little ones.
We reserved for 6 people but now we’re only 4 — what happens?
No problem at all! You’re only charged in-store on the day of your reservation, based on the actual number of participants who show up. You won’t be penalized if a few people can’t make it.
Will we be grouped with other parties during our reservation?
No, when you book a time slot, it is reserved exclusively for your group.
